My real estate career began in 2005 as the Director of Business Development for a master-planned developer, where I specialized in land, industrial, mixed-use, and office leasing and acquisitions. During the 2008 recession, I expanded into residential real estate as an investor and partner in a HomeVestors (“We Buy Ugly Houses”) franchise. Over a five-year period, my partners and I successfully renovated and sold more than 85 homes—experience that continues to provide significant value to my investor clients seeking to grow and diversify their portfolios.
